My dog had a terrible pseudomonas skin infection that required a very strong antibiotic. We started using Nexabiotic a few days before starting the antibiotic as recommended by our Vet and she has had no GI symptoms! Normal stools and no vomiting. Highly recommend. I researched which probiotics is best during antibiotic therapy and this was the only one I could find with Saccharomyces which is the best probiotic to protect the gut while on antibiotics.
