Customs Duties
Products shipped internationally (outside of the United States) may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. Our shipping fees do not include these charges.

Eligible Products; Disclaimer
This Manufacturer’s Warranty & Return Policy (“Warranty”) applies only to products purchased directly from DrFormulas® on our website, https://drformulas.com, including DrFormulas®’ webpages linked to our website, such as https://drformulas.com, and products purchased directly from DrFormulas® on Amazon.com (collectively the “Eligible Products”). To ensure that the DrFormulas® brand remains a consistent symbol of quality, DrFormulas® does not authorize the sale of any DrFormulas® products by any third-party reseller on Amazon.com or Eligible Products by any other third party. Because DrFormulas® cannot directly control the activities of and quality of products sold by such third-party resellers, only Eligible Products (as defined above) are covered by this Warranty.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND RETURN POLICIES, AND DrFormulas® HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are dissatisfied with an Eligible Product in any way, within sixty (60) days of the date of purchase of the Eligible Product, you may return the Eligible Product and request any one (1) of the following: a) a refund of products purchased (shipping charges are non-refundable), b) replacement of the Eligible Product.
To request a refund, credit, or replacement of Eligible Product(s), please email us for a return authorization. In your email, please include a) your name b) your address c) where you purchased the product from and d) whether you are requesting a refund or replacement of the Eligible Product.
After receipt and review of the information provided above, DrFormulas® Credit Department will issue a return authorization and email further instructions, which will include shipping information so that you can return Eligible Products to us. In general, any Eligible Product may be returned previously opened and/or without its original seal. Returns must be received within forty-five (45) days after authorization.
Requests for refunds, credits, and replacement of Eligible Products will be processed upon receipt of the authorized returned Eligible Product(s) by our Returns Department. Refunds for the return of Eligible Products will be issued via the form of payment used for the original purchase of the Eligible Product. Please allow up to five (5) business days after receipt for processing of refunds.
Return Shipping
Shipping costs of the original order are not refundable. Buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping products back to DrFormulas.
